30 minute consultation

We discuss all the results of your palate profile and review what Keep Calm has to offer. We briefly discuss current health (physical, mental and emotional), wellness goals, intentions and concerns. Together we decide what services and custom products best suit your needs.
*Consultations include an initial sensory kit, be sure to book appointment two weeks in advance to ensure your kit arrives by appointment date.*
Standard 60 minute session
$75
We discuss aromatherapy goals, intentions and current state of health. Together, we create your personal aromatherapy plan and blends, as well as a demonstration on how to use, store and care for product/s; covering any questions, concern and suggestions to ensure intention fulfillment.
Follow up session 45 minute session
$55
Aromatherapy follow up sessions to discuss in depth wellness progress, product usage and refills. Strong focus on the mind and spirit.
Workshop (60 to 90 minutes)

Participants (4-6 people) will have an interactive aromatherapy experience and create a product attendees will take as parting gift. Workshop intentions, goals and specific delivery method/product covered will be agreed upon in advanced.
