Products

What’s the processing time from when I place my order to when it’s shipped? 

It takes 5-7 business days to process and produce in house. Products are made to order and high volume of orders will alter processing time, when that is the case you will be notified. All items are shipped one day after producing for ultimate freshness (the only exception is when an item is already made within the week of the order placed)

What essential oil brand do you use in your products?

Keep Calm Aromatherapy has no loyalty to any essential oil brand, the quality is most important, not the name. We hand select our oils based on region, usage intent and benefits. All essential oils are pure and acquired from various credited oil brands.  

Are all the products handmade? 

Yes. All orders are handcrafted in small batches by our aromatherapist Cristina. All items are made to order, unless otherwise specified.

 

Do any of the products expire? 

While all of our items are organic and handmade, it’s best to use the butters and oils within 6 months to a year once opened. After that time period the potency begins to fade out. The shower melts are most potent within the first month, once opened. 

Do you fulfill bulk orders and offer wholesale discounts? 

Yes! We fulfill bulk orders with minimum of 20 items per order. Wholesale discounts are also available depending on quantity, special bulk/wholesale orders are processed and charged differently. Invoice only. Send an email to receive quote and turnaround estimate.

What do I need to bring with me to the session? 

A valid state ID/License for verification, an open mind and clear nose ready to create magic!

Where are the in person sessions held? 

Currently, all sessions are digital. Zoom, video chat, text, call, email, google hangouts are all acceptable forms of communication

Which certifications do you have as an Aromatherapist? 

I am a level 1 certified aromatherapist, completed at the New York Institute of Aromatics Studies. I attended the live class learning under Amy Anthony, will recommend to anyone interested in taking this field seriously. Currently an active level 1 member of NAHA?

Does the session include custom products? 

No, all custom products suggested for or requested by client are a separate charge, there is a discount applied for custom product orders placed during sessions.

What's the turnaround time for custom products ordered during a session? 

I come to session with raw materials, results will vary case by case depending on how session flows, you will receive the custom product 3-5 days from when ordered, if it's not created by the end of session. 

Can I book an appointment for someone else? 

Yes of course, be sure to fill out their info and always, get their consent first. 

What's your cancellation and rescheduling policy?  

24hr notice on cancellation and rescheduling notice must be submitted through email (reschedule date must be included to successfully reschedule or it will be considered a cancellation) 

50% refund on all cancellations within window period,

any cancellations after the 24hr grace period forfeits refund.
